RETURNS

Due to hygiene, security, and quality control reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on any items once a purchase has been completed.

Freshwater pearls are naturally formed and not altered during manufacturing. As a result, variations in size and minor differences in texture are expected and are not considered defects. Therefore, replacements or refunds will not be offered on this basis.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event that you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please email us evidence of the issue and we will happily offer you a full refund, an exchange for a different product, or a replacement product. Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alteration by a third party will not be accepted.
